Franck Sauvaire was born and raised in France. His love for photography began at an early age; flicking through photo magazine (with the works of Jean Loup Sieff, Helmut Newton, Guy Bourdin, Jean Paul Goude…) and his grandfather's great collection of photographs of rural France. That inspired him to become a photographer. He moved to London at the age of 20 to embark into the world of photography.
He started assisting the likes of Albert Watson, Mario Testino and many others. After 5 years he decided to go on his own and was first commissioned by the Face Magazine.
As well as doing fashion Franck has had various exhibitions and books based on personal works.
He still lives in London
